Terri Rahm
Terri established Colorado West Gymnastics in 2000. With a background in teaching, Terri is committed to helping young athletes build confidence and passion for the sport. Terri has been a involved with all aspects of the sport; coaching, judging, and gym ownership. Education is her passion and she loves seeing this sport bring joy to others.
Ashley Benakis
Ashley and her mom, Terri, own and operate Colorado West Gymnastics. It was Ashley's idea to open the gym back in 2000. She spent 15 years competing and finsihed her career as a Level 10. She is the head coach and loves the competitve side of the program. Ashley loves the connections she makes with the students and helping them become successful people.
