Terri & Ashley – Owners of Colorado West Gymnastics

Colorado West Gymnastics is proudly owned and operated by Terri and her daughter, Ashley—a team whose shared passion for gymnastics, education, and youth development has shaped the gym since its doors first opened in 2000.

With a background in teaching, Terri founded the gym with the goal of creating a place where children could build confidence, learn proper skills, and grow both as athletes and individuals. Over the years, she has been involved in every aspect of the sport—coaching, judging, and running the gym—and her love for education continues to guide the heart of the program.

Ashley, whose idea originally inspired the opening of the gym, spent 15 years competing and finished her gymnastics career as a Level 10 athlete. Now the head coach, she brings her competitive experience, technical expertise, and love for the sport into every training session. Ashley is passionate about athlete development and values the deep connections she builds with her students, helping them grow not just as gymnasts, but as confident and successful people.

Together, Terri and Ashley have created a warm, supportive, and skill-focused environment where athletes of all levels can thrive. Their shared dedication and family-centered leadership continue to define Colorado West Gymnastics and the community it serves.
